Handles delivery and project management, coordinating the works, the parties involved and construction oversight.
Project company · SPV
The property may, for example, be acquired by a company set up for the project — an SPV (Sociedade Veículo). Its ownership, management and relationships with the investor and ROVEX are defined for each project.
Associação em Participação
A contractual model for sharing profits from an economic activity, governed by Decreto-Lei n.º 231/81 (Articles 21–31). Participation in losses may be excluded by contract.
This contract does not itself create a separate project company.
