ROVEX POOL is prefabricated from a new shipping container: smooth inner walls, reinforced liner, full-width steps and the plant room hidden under a stone hatch. In the garden it sits flush with the paving, finished with a limestone coping.

How it works
From outside you only see the stone coping and the hatch in the same paving. Everything else is hidden yet accessible.
A 3 mm steel sheet is welded over the corrugated container wall and stiffened outside. The 1.5 mm reinforced liner lies on a flat surface: no corrugation shows.
The water sits 8 cm below the 40 cm limestone coping, which overhangs the water by 3 cm. The steel disappears under stone and a concrete collar.
Filter, variable-speed pump, controls and salt system sit in a watertight compartment under a two-leaf hatch finished in the same stone, with gas struts and a key lock.
The high-level skimmers sit in the plant-room wall. Baskets are emptied from inside: no round lids in the paving.
No main drain, 12 V LED lighting, 30 mA residual-current protection and a sump pump with alarm in the plant room.
Low-salt chlorinator (1.5–2 g/l) with pH control and automatic top-up with a free outlet above the water.

Indicative price for an Algarve site with truck and crane access, excavation in soil without rock and without groundwater down to the excavation level (about 2.1 m). The final price is confirmed in the quotation after a site visit.

FAQ
No. Inside, the wall is smooth and lined with a reinforced liner. Outside, the pool is sunk into the ground: you only see the stone coping and the plant-room hatch in the same paving.
The module is blast-cleaned and epoxy-coated inside and out. The water never touches the steel because the reinforced liner is watertight, and the low-salt chlorinator makes the water less aggressive should the liner be damaged.
We check the water table during the visit. If water is close to the excavation level, the pool gets an anchor slab (option) and buoyancy is verified for that site.
That depends on the municipality and the site. We check with you what the Câmara Municipal requires and, if needed, handle the process, quoted separately.
It depends on fabrication and, where required, the permit. Placement on site is quick because the pool arrives finished. The timeline is stated in the quotation.
Yes, with the optional heat pump (7 kW for POOL 6, 13 kW for POOL 12), placed at least 3.5 m from the pool.
