Included in the price
- Prefabricated module: steel structure with smooth inner wall, XPS insulation, epoxy protection, reinforced liner, steps with bench, skimmers, LED lights and return inlets.
- Plant room assembled and tested: variable-speed pump, filter, low-salt chlorinator with pH control, control panel, automatic top-up, sump pump with alarm and stone hatch with gas struts and lock.
- Site works: excavation and removal of soil, perimeter drain, base, transport and crane placement, backfill, concrete collar and 40 cm limestone coping.
- Electrical connection up to 15 m from the existing board with certification, commissioning, first salt fill and handover briefing.
- Structural check with signed statement of responsibility (termo de responsabilidade).

Maintenance
- Low-salt chlorinator with pH control: less manual chemistry.
- Variable-speed pump (0.75 kW for POOL 6, 1.1 kW for POOL 12).
- Skimmer baskets are emptied inside the plant room.
- Optional: cleaning robot and made-to-measure safety cover.
Permits
In Portugal a pool follows the municipality’s rules (master plan PDM and local regulations). Depending on the case, the Câmara Municipal requires prior notice or a licence. We check with you what applies to your plot.
