The T1 base home costs between €124,900 and €184,900 incl. VAT, depending on the series. Foundation, transport, connections and permits are quoted for your plot.
What plot do I need for a T1?
The footprint ranges from 6 × 8.4 m (STACK T1) to 9 × 8.4 m (LINEAR T1). How much you may build is set by the municipal master plan (PDM); we check this with you beforehand.
What is the difference between the three models?
LINEAR is all on one level, the U-COURT T1 is single-storey with a 24 m² terrace in front of the house, and STACK has two storeys with a balcony and needs less plot area.
