How much does a T3 modular home cost?
The T3 base home costs between €184,900 and €250,900 incl. VAT, depending on the series. Foundation, transport, connections and permits are quoted for your plot.
What plot do I need for a T3?
The footprint ranges from 9 × 8.4 m (STACK T3) to 12 × 12 m (U-COURT T3). How much you may build is set by the municipal master plan (PDM); we check this with you beforehand.
What is the difference between the three models?
LINEAR is all on one level, U-COURT is arranged around a private courtyard, and STACK has two storeys with a balcony and needs less plot area.
Can I add a pool?
