Transport by zone
Transport is charged by zones from Portimão: €1 per km and module (incl. VAT), because each 3 m module travels on its own truck. Assembly with crane is included in the house price. Foundation or ground preparation and water and electricity connections are quoted separately.

Do I need a permit for a modular home?
Yes. A modular home fixed to the ground is a building: it needs prior approval from the municipality (licence or prior notice, depending on the case) and must comply with the master plan.
How long does it take?
It depends on the permit and the production schedule. The timeline is stated in the quotation for your plot.
Can I finance the home?
That depends on the bank and your case. We provide the quotation and technical documents for the bank’s assessment.
